Returns & Exchanges

All products are eligible for refunds upon return request.

Return and exchange requests for all items must be made within 14 days of delivery, and are subject to approval.

Please reach out to hello@laregueira.shop to initiate an exchange or return request. Once the request is approved, the original item(s) must be sent back within 10 days; otherwise, the return or exchange will no longer be eligible.

We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases. 

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exceptions

Items purchased as an exchange, customized pieces (including custom ring sizing), unique pieces, special orders, deposits for custom work and service fees and items purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code equal to or greater than 15% are final sale and non-refundable (exchanges are available upon approval).
